Terms governing AfriDish nutritionist partnerships

By registering as an AfriDish nutritionist partner you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. These terms are binding from the date your profile goes live.
All consultations with users who discovered you through AfriDish must be booked and paid exclusively through the AfriDish platform. You may not solicit, accept, or facilitate direct bookings — via WhatsApp, email, phone, social media, or any other channel — from AfriDish clients.
This obligation applies for 12 months from the date of a client's first AfriDish booking with you, regardless of whether the client later cancels their AfriDish subscription.
For each AfriDish client, a 12-month non-compete period begins on the date of your first paid consultation with that client through AfriDish.
During this period you must not accept payment — directly or indirectly — for any nutrition service delivered to that client outside the AfriDish platform.
AfriDish charges a 25% platform commission on every consultation fee. The remaining 75% is paid to you weekly via bank transfer to the account on file.
Payouts are processed every Monday for all consultations completed in the prior 7 days with status "paid".
You are responsible for all applicable taxes on income received from AfriDish. AfriDish does not withhold tax.
AfriDish owns the commercial relationship with every client you serve through the platform. Client contact details, health data, and booking history are AfriDish proprietary data.
You may not store, export, or use client health data for any purpose other than delivering the booked consultation.
You may not use client contact details obtained through AfriDish to market your services outside the platform.
•Clients who contact you independently — not via AfriDish — and who have never been an AfriDish client are not subject to these restrictions.
•You may accept referrals from other healthcare providers for clients who are not AfriDish users.
•You may maintain a public professional profile (website, LinkedIn) as long as it does not solicit AfriDish clients.
If an AfriDish client contacts you directly to arrange an off-platform booking, you must decline and inform AfriDish within 48 hours at partnerships@afridish.co.
Failure to report attempted off-platform contact may be treated as facilitation of a violation.
AfriDish may terminate your partnership at any time for violation of these terms, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination you must immediately cease representing yourself as an AfriDish partner in any marketing or communications.
Outstanding payouts for completed consultations will be paid within 14 days of termination, less any penalties owed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (the registered state of Vital Rise Health LLC, the legal entity operating AfriDish).
Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming, except where prohibited by local law.
$500 USD penalty per confirmed off-platform booking with an AfriDish client, invoiced directly to the nutritionist.
Immediate account suspension pending investigation of any reported violation.
Permanent termination of AfriDish partnership for repeat violations or refusal to pay penalties.
AfriDish reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover lost revenue and damages.
